Vakratunda interpretiert Ganesha durch geschichtete Texturen und leuchtende Farben neu – es ist ausdrucksstark, auf eine Art und Weise, wie es Andachtskunst selten zulässt. Pflegetipps
Ihr Gemälde wurde zweimal lackiert und ist für eine lange Lebensdauer ausgelegt. Ein paar einfache Gewohnheiten werden es jahrelang schön erhalten:
- In einem trockenen, gut belüfteten Raum aufhängen
- Direkte Sonneneinstrahlung vermeiden — längere Exposition kann die Pigmente mit der Zeit verblassen lassen
- Von Badezimmern und feuchten Wänden fernhalten
- Bei Bedarf vorsichtig mit einem weichen, trockenen Mikrofasertuch abstauben
- Kein Wasser, keine Reinigungssprays oder Chemikalien auf der Oberfläche verwenden
- Immer mit sauberen, trockenen Händen anfassen
- An den Seiten oder am Rahmen halten — niemals die bemalte Oberfläche direkt berühren
Versand & Lieferung
Jedes Stück wird von Hand bemalt, gehärtet und verpackt und sorgfältig versandt.
- Lieferung innerhalb Indiens: 12 – 14 Tage nach Bestellung
- Internationale Lieferung: ca. 20 bis 22 Tage nach Bestellung
- Internationale Lieferzeiten können je nach Zollabfertigung und lokalen Kurierbestimmungen in Ihrem Land variieren

CANCELLATION POLICY
Because every painting goes into production shortly after your order is confirmed, cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of placing the order.
- To cancel, email us or WhatsApp us within 24 hours of your order
- Cancellations requested after 24 hours cannot be accepted as work on your painting will have already begun
- Orders that have been dispatched cannot be cancelled under any circumstances
- Custom and personalised orders are non-cancellable once confirmed
We will respond to all cancellation requests within 24 hours.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Because every painting is handmade and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in the following circumstances.
We will accept a return or replacement only if:
- The product received is visibly damaged in transit
- The product delivered does not match your order confirmation
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind after ordering
- Colour or texture variations that are natural to handmade work
- Differences between screen display and actual product
- Custom or personalised orders
How to raise a damage or incorrect item claim:
If your painting arrives damaged or incorrect, you must do the following within 24 hours of delivery:
- Record an unboxing video the moment you receive the parcel — the video must show the sealed package before it is opened and must continue through the full unboxing without cuts
- Take clear photographs of the damage or incorrect item alongside the packaging and outer label
- Email the video and photographs to us with your order number within 24 hours of delivery
Claims raised without an unboxing video and photographic proof of the package at the time of receipt cannot be processed under any circumstances. This is required for us to assess the damage and raise a dispute with our courier partner on your behalf. No exceptions will be made to this requirement.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds are processed only in the following cases:
- A return claim has been accepted by us for transit damage or incorrect item
- Your order could not be fulfilled due to reasons on our end
- Your delivery address falls outside our serviceable zones and no alternative address can be provided
Refunds are not applicable for:
- Cancellation requests made after 24 hours of placing the order
- Claims raised without an unboxing video and photographic proof at the time of receipt
- Natural variations in colour, texture, or finish that are inherent to handmade work
- Custom and personalised orders under any circumstances
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 – 10 working days to your original payment method.
Verpackung
Jedes Gemälde wird vor dem Verpacken mit zwei Schichten Firnis versehen, um es vor Staub und Feuchtigkeit zu schützen und ihm einen dauerhaften natürlichen Glanz zu verleihen.
Wir verpacken jede Bestellung von Hand, wobei wir einen schichtweisen Ansatz verwenden, damit Ihr Kunstwerk genau so ankommt, wie es unser Atelier verlassen hat:
- Seidenpapier wird direkt auf die bemalte Oberfläche gelegt, um sicherzustellen, dass nichts an der Farbe kleben bleibt oder diese beschädigt
- Luftpolsterfolie polstert das gesamte Gemälde gegen Stöße während des Transports ab
- Eckenschützer werden an jeder Kante angebracht – den anfälligsten Teilen jeder Leinwand
- Styroporplatten auf beiden Seiten wirken als starre Stoßdämpfer gegen Stürze und Druck
- Eine äußere Schicht aus Wellpappe sorgt für strukturelle Stärke während des gesamten Transports
- Frischhaltefolie versiegelt alles – wasserdicht und fest, schützt vor Feuchtigkeit und hält alle Schichten an ihrem Platz

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Your painting has been varnished twice and is built to last. A few simple habits will keep it beautiful for years:
- Hang in a dry, well-ventilated space
- Avoid direct sunlight — prolonged exposure can fade pigments over time
- Keep away from bathrooms and damp walls
- Dust gently with a soft, dry microfiber cloth when needed
- Do not use water, cleaning sprays, or any chemicals on the surface
- Always handle with clean, dry hands
- Hold from the sides or the frame — never touch the painted surface directly
Materialien
Jedes Kriya-Gemälde wird aus professionellen Materialien gefertigt, die nach Qualität, Farbtiefe und Langlebigkeit ausgewählt wurden:
- Acrylfarben – Künstler-Acrylfarben von Mont Marte/Brusto/Liquitex, bekannt für reiche Pigmentierung und Archivqualität
- Goldfolie – von Hand aufgetragen, verleiht Leuchtkraft und heilige Details, die das Licht zu jeder Stunde anders einfangen
- Leinwand und MDF-Platten – gespannte Baumwollleinwand und glatte MDF-Platten, auch in runden Formaten, alle für detaillierte Arbeiten grundiert
- Detailwerkzeuge – feine Konturstifte und Bleistifte für filigrane Linienführungen und Unterzeichnungen
- Firnis-Finish – zwei Schutzschichten als letzter Schritt bei jedem Werk aufgetragen
- Aufhängevorrichtung – D-Ring-Haken oder Zackenaufhänger, die vor dem Verpacken auf der Rückseite angebracht werden, damit Ihr Gemälde sofort nach dem Auspacken aufgehängt werden kann
- Rahmenoptionen – erhältlich in einem PVC-Rahmen oder als Galerie-Keilrahmen.
REPAIRS
If a painting purchased from Kriya Art Studio needs restoration or repair at any point, we offer paid repair services on a case-by-case basis. Write to us with photographs of the piece and details of what is needed, and we will assess and share an estimate with you.
Our repair policy does not cover damage resulting from mishandling, moisture exposure, direct sunlight, or general wear and tear after delivery.
